It is the delegates’ responsibility to book their accommodation and we would encourage all delegates to book rooms early. The rates below are in NZ$ and inclusive of GST. Note that all non-special rates may be subject to change without notice; you should therefore confirm the current rates with the hotel before booking.
Contact the hotel directly to make a reservation, quoting the relevant reference number listed below (if applicable), to ensure that you get any negotiated NZOUG rates; they will ask for your credit card details to secure the booking.
Please note in the event of a no-show whereby a room was booked and confirmed and the guest fails to arrive without any cancellation notification, hotels will charge the full accommodation fee as penalty. All cancellations/amendments must be received in writing.
Upon arrival at the hotel, each guest will be asked for a cash bond or credit card authorisation to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
